Does the visitor need an app?
No. The QR opens the entrance page, where visitors choose an apartment or house and chat in their browser. You reply in the UKSEL app.
Can I just print the QR?
Yes. Create an account, download your QR and put it at your entrance. Or choose a branded QR + NFC sign.
Can I reply when I’m away?
Yes, from your phone. Both you and the visitor need internet to chat.
What does it cost?
All property modules are free for 30 days from registration. Then the base service is €1.99 a month; video and gate control are optional. One subscription covers all apartments and users at the property. The sign and equipment are charged separately.
